To start a return:

3. Select the order and click Request a Return / Get Help
4. Follow the on-screen instructions

 ✅ Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
• Items must not be damaged, altered, or excessively handled
• Requests must be submitted within the 14-day return window
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect
• We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns
  

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected: 

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
